SeniorSelect brings you the expertise of both Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC) and National Church Residences, whose combined 83 years of service nationwide guarantee that you’ll get the care you deserve. We offer members various services through our integrated Health Care and Life Care Programs.
More than medical health
It can be challenging to find a primary care physician who truly puts patients first. At SeniorSelect, patient satisfaction is our top priority, so we assign each member a SeniorSelect Guide to help coordinate healthcare services. Before your initial visit, you’ll take the SeniorSelect Life 360 Assessment, which enables us to tailor each appointment to your individual needs, so your time in office is more meaningful. After the assessment, we’ll meet with you one-on-one to establish a care plan, and we’ll stay in touch over your first few months to ensure you’re satisfied with the help you receive.
Patients also benefit from supportive services such as extended visit times, same-day visits, specialist services, and telehealth options. Our on-site services include specialty podiatry, lab draws, care coordination, and Life Care Enrichment activities. You’ll receive in-depth care from our trained physicians who will take adequate time to assess your needs and implement a personalized care plan. All of our staff are trained in caring for seniors, so everyone at the SeniorSelect Center is equipped to support you from day one.
Ohio primary care on call
SeniorSelect provides the convenience you deserve, working around the clock to ensure you stay healthy. Through COPC, we have a 24-hour provider on-call line, same-day SeniorSelect Center visits when available, and access to the COPC SameDay Centers when we are closed. We believe you shouldn’t have to wait for the care you need.
The SeniorSelect Center is close to home for those in and around Columbus, as our Center is easily accessible by mass transit and major freeways. If you have to visit a hospital, COPC’s Transitional Care Coordinators will help you navigate the health care system, schedule follow-up visits, and answer any questions you may have.

In addition to COPC’s comprehensive Health Care Program, SeniorSelect offers seniors a unique Life Care program to address every element of your well-being. We take a holistic approach to senior health, accounting for your physical, social, and emotional health to support and empower you. Designed to foster collaboration and engagement, the SeniorSelect Center includes areas for seniors to socialize and participate in enriching activities. Whether you’re relaxing in the community room, chatting in the welcome café, or connecting with family in our care conference rooms, we encourage our members to take advantage of all that SeniorSelect has to offer.
Patient enrichment through Life Care
If you’re an adult looking to participate in the active SeniorSelect community, Life Enrichment events are a great way to do so! Our Life Enrichment Coordinators offer a wide variety of activities, such as chair yoga, bingo, book club, and art classes, to connect you with other SeniorSelect members.
Our Life Care program goes beyond the SeniorSelect Center, too. We’ll connect you with community programs to ensure that you have adequate food resources, discount programs for medication affordability, and more. Our care doesn’t end with your doctor’s visit—it’s just the beginning of what SeniorSelect can do for you.
