Where is the SeniorSelect Center located?
The SeniorSelect Center is conveniently located at 1710 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43229. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation and major freeways, so you won’t have to go out of your way to find the senior services and resources you need.
What types of insurance does SeniorSelect accept?

Which senior focused primary care services does SeniorSelect offer?
SeniorSelect members have access to a wide array of superior care options from day one. Before your first visit, we’ll assign you a SeniorSelect Guide who will help you navigate our various senior focused primary care services. At the SeniorSelect Center, we provide a holistic model for senior health services that gives your doctor more time and information to get to know your unique medical profile and build a trusting relationship with you.
We’ll meet with you one-on-one to implement your unique care plan and check in with you throughout your first few months to learn how your experience is going. Our internal medicine specialists and healthcare professionals get to know each of their patients personally because we value a trusting doctor-patient relationship above all else. Members receive in-depth, individualized care and can enjoy extended visit times, same-day visits, telehealth appointments, and specialist services, like podiatry and care coordination.

While SeniorSelect works to keep our members out of hospitals as much as possible, we are well-equipped to address any urgent health needs that may arise. With a 24-hour provider on call, same-day on-site visits when available, and access to COPC’s SameDay Centers, SeniorSelect offers seniors peace of mind in potentially stressful times. The SeniorSelect staff is here to help you every step of the way.
Is SeniorSelect a residential program?
No, the SeniorSelect Center is not a residential program or assisted living facility. The SeniorSelect Center is a collaboration between the expertise of COPC and National Church Residences that offers a new standard of senior health care. We provide seniors with plenty of community-oriented activities that will make our center feel like home. The modern, comfortable SeniorSelect office has more than just exam rooms – there are a wide array of social event spaces, conference rooms, places to relax, and more—all under one roof.
Do I have to visit multiple locations for my healthcare needs?
At SeniorSelect, we put our patients first. That’s why we have many essential care services in-house at our office in Columbus, Ohio. We believe seniors should not have to worry about traveling or waiting for the care they deserve, so we’ve equipped our office with on-site Health Care + Life Care programs, a lab, and highly trained staff—among other care resources.
What types of activities does the Life Care Enrichment Program offer?
Just because you’re aging doesn’t mean you can’t have fun! At SeniorSelect, we make socialization and community a priority of our integrated care model. Our Life Care Enrichment events are a great way to get involved, and we offer members a variety of activities to suit their diverse interests, including:

How long will it take to become a member?
We know your time is valuable, so we’ve streamlined our sign-up process to ensure that each interested senior can become a member in as little as two weeks! While this process can take between 3 to 4 weeks at traditional providers, SeniorSelect is dedicated to making your care transition as smooth as possible.
