Where is the SeniorSelect Center located?

The SeniorSelect Center is conveniently located at 1710 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43229 and we are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation and major freeways, so you won’t have to go out of your way to find the senior services and resources you need.

Can family and friends accompany my tours and appointments at the Center?

You are welcome to bring a loved one to the SeniorSelect Center for a tour to learn more about how we help seniors live healthy and happy lives. Your friends, family, and caregivers are encouraged to join you at your care appointments. They are welcome to ask our providers questions or they can come to enjoy a cup of coffee or a snack in our Welcome Café while they wait. We designed our center with collaboration, care, and community in mind, so visits with a loved one are always welcome!

Is SeniorSelect a residential program in Ohio?

The SeniorSelect Center is a collaboration between the expertise of Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC) and National Church Residences that offers a new standard of senior health care. Although SeniorSelect is not a residential program or assisted living facility, we provide seniors with plenty of community-oriented activities that will make our center feel like home. Our Life Care initiative (discussed in detail below) presents seniors with enriching experiences and events in addition to high-quality care. The modern, comfortable SeniorSelect office has more than just exam rooms; there are numerous locations for social events, conferences, relaxation, and more—all under one roof.

Do I have to visit multiple locations for my healthcare needs?

At SeniorSelect, we put our patients first. That’s why we have many essential care services in-house at our office in Columbus, Ohio. Seniors should not have to worry about traveling or waiting for the care they deserve, so we’ve equipped our office with on-site Health Care + Life Care programs, a lab, and highly trained staff—among other care resources.

What specialty senior care services can I access as a patient?

We provide our SeniorSelect members with superior care options from day one. Before your first visit, we’ll assign you a SeniorSelect Guide who will help you navigate our various senior care services. Your guide will conduct a Life Care 360 Assessment, giving us more information about your health needs and goals. We take a holistic approach to senior healthcare services, providing your doctor with as much time and information as possible to get acquainted with your individual health needs so that you receive the personalized care you deserve. If you’re a senior seeking compassionate caregivers and specialized resources, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll meet with you one-on-one to implement your unique care plan and check in with you throughout your first few months to learn how your experience is going. Members receive in-depth, individualized care and can enjoy extended visit times, same-day visits, telehealth appointments, home care, and specialist services, like podiatry and care coordination.

What other kinds of treatments are available to me?

SeniorSelect members also have access to care and services provided by Central Ohio Primary Care, such as cardiology, fall prevention, physical therapy, respiratory services, diabetes management, and tobacco cessation. Members also have access to COPC orthopedic, diagnostic testing (radiology, cardiac testing, and lab services), and SameDay Centers in Columbus.

What kinds of emergency care support do members receive?

While SeniorSelect works to keep our members out of hospitals as much as possible, we are well-equipped to address any urgent health needs that may arise. With a 24-hour provider on call, same-day on-site visits when available, and access to COPC’s SameDay Centers, SeniorSelect offers seniors peace of mind in potentially stressful times. The SeniorSelect staff is here to help you every step of the way.

What types of activities does the Life Care Enrichment Program offer?

Just because you’re aging doesn’t mean you can’t have fun! At SeniorSelect, we make socialization and community a priority of our integrated care model. Our Life Care Enrichment events are a great way to get involved, and we offer members a variety of activities to suit their diverse interests. Whether you’re interested in chair yoga, bingo, book club, art classes, or other pursuits, our program will connect you with other members and enrich your experience at SeniorSelect. We also provide patients with the opportunity to participate in social and educational health programs that cater to the senior experience.

Can I participate in all the Life Care Enrichment activities?

We love when senior members actively participate in our Life Care events! Some members visit the SeniorSelect Center in Columbus daily to take advantage of our numerous activities. We care about supporting our members in their healthcare journey and all members are encouraged to participate in our thriving social community.

What types of insurance does SeniorSelect accept?

How can I become a SeniorSelect member?

If you are interested in becoming a member at SeniorSelect, it is easy to do so! Schedule an introductory phone consultation with us to learn about how SeniorSelect is helping seniors in Ohio reach their personal health goals. How long will it take to become a member?

We know your time is valuable, so we’ve streamlined our sign-up process to ensure that each  interested senior can become a member in as little as one week! While this process can take between 3 to 4 weeks at traditional providers, at the SeniorSelect Center we are dedicated to making your care transition as smooth as possible. We want to make it simple for you to find the right primary care provider in Columbus, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about what makes SeniorSelect special.
