With 24/7 access to care, same-day appointments close to home, and telehealth available, SeniorSelect offers convenience and peace of mind. Since your health doesn’t follow any particular schedule, after hours support is provided through Care Navigation, connecting seniors with a member of the on-call care team that includes COPC nurse practitioners and registered nurses.
